Portmeirion Village Wedding ~ North Wales ~ Colourful Wedding

I first visted Portmeirion 16 years ago on a mini break with my other half to North Wales. Totally blown away by its beauty and quirky features i fell in love with this mini movie set. I was'st a wedding photographer back then so i never could never had imagined that one day i'd be back their photographing a beautiful wedding. Dreams do come true!

I met Charlotte at a wedding fair 18 months earlier. Charlotte was attached to my style of work because of the colour. She said the bright capture was just what she wanted for her Portmeirion wedding.We decided that a trip to the village was in order so we arranged an e-shoot. As the village is vast it was really helpful to pinpoint our favourite spots for the big day, and i also refreshed my memory on it beauty. 

It was the coldest day March day for the e -shoot, but the stunning blue skies really helped to warm the images. The wedding day was a mixture of sun and a little rain but we managed to capture a window of sunshine and created some stunning images.

With a banging party at the end of day the whole shoot was 'full on' but (maybe) a once in lifetime experience.
